I reached out to Tony on the advice of a friend and we quickly connected.  Tony was able to take our varied input and show us properties that fit our interests.  Tony was very responsive and proactive, quick to highlight interesting properties that hadn't even hit the market yet.  He worked with us remotely and through our demanding schedule.  After a number of weeks and multiple visits we found the right property (turned out to be the first one he showed us!) and Tony guided us through the negotiation and closing process.  His knowledge of the Summit County market was a real strength!

What I really appreciated about your professional service is how well you listened to me and helped me successfully clear all of the obstacles that included two inspections with reasonable resolutions on both sides of the transaction, having experts to help with everything from moving to cleaning and then adjusting my move in date so that I could get the help I needed after hurting myself on vacation.  These listening skills are so important to me when I was making one of the most important purchases of my life.  You then communicated all the information in a way I could process and make important informed decisions.  Definitely you were available to me whenever I needed to get more information, ask a question or get an expert to complete all tasks.  So smooth a process which in the volatile market in Colorado is almost just impossible to find.
